Once your returned package has been received and inspected, we'll notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Please note that returned items showing signs of misuse, damage caused after delivery, or missing major components may not qualify for a full refund.
